What a programme actually looks like
From first conversation to final report, a Core Programme runs like this.

We meet your team, agree the cohort, the outcomes you need and the reporting format.

You refer young people. We baseline each one and agree individual goals.
3. Weekly delivery
Creative sessions in our studios, plus one-to-one mentoring alongside.
4. Showcase
Participants present or perform finished work to peers, family and your team.
5. Report and progression
Written outcomes report, plus onward routes into our partner network.
